A Lot's Hap'nin' in Our Nest!

I hope all of you that visit our site love the new Fall 07 collection. It just launched today and everyone in the farylrobin office is getting hypnotized by the video of the collection on the intro page. Victor and Chris, from our creative firm, did an amazing job, as always. This season is a little more sophisticated, yet edgy and sexy at the same time. On another note, I thought I better get these photos posted from our semiannual sales dinner from July 23rd. We had a blast at Freeman's Alley in the Lower Eastside. The food was amazing...especially the dessert!

Farylrobin Had A Seriously Super Saturday

Farylrobin had such a great time this weekend at Super Saturday, the day-long event we told you about last week that helps to raise funds to benefit The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. We were one of more than 200 designers who brought our collections out to Nova's Ark Project in Water Mill, New York to raise money for this important cause.

Over 1,500 guests were expected to attend the fashion-frenzy, including designers, celebrities, editors, media and fashion-lovers and their families, and boy, did they show! We sold a lot of shoes for the cause and had such a fabulous time!!

Faryl walked around the entire day, shopping and mingling with some serious VIPS! Host Donna Karan caught up with Faryl, as did Former New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani!

On Sunday, Faryl then hopped on a plane and jetted off to the bi-annual WSA shoe show in Las Vegas. Could this woman be any busier!?? Stay tuned to hear how the first day of WSA unfolded. I know everyone hear at Maletzky Media is very eager to find out!

Erin's Rockin' her Robins!

Erin, who is from our PR firm, Maletzky Media, is rockin' one of her favorite shoes, the Fanny in Viola! Erin is originally from Cali. So with a little help in Photoshop, she can pretend she is at the Santa Monica Pier. With a beautiful sunset like that, I think we all want to be there.

This Betsey Johnson sprinkle floral strapless tunic is summery and fun! It can be worn with flats, sandals or heels, but I chose to wear it with the Farylrobin Fanny in viola to dress it up a bit for a summer night on the pier!

Farylrobin Attending Super Saturday to Benefit Ovarian Cancer This Weekend

Farylrobin will once again take part in Super Saturday, a day-long summer fundraising event to benefit The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Hosted by Donna Karan, Charla Lawhon and InStyle, each year over 200 top designers tote pieces of their collections to the Hamptons in New York to sell to those in attendance and help raise funds for this important cause.

The New York Times has called this event the “Rolls Royce of Garage Sales” and we at Farylrobin are very proud to be a part of such an incredible event every year. We will be there along side designers such as Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade, Vera Wang and many, many more.

Super Saturday will be held at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill, New York beginning at noon and wrapping up at 6pm. Morning show diva, Kelly Ripa, is this year’s special guest and everyone who attends will not only have a chance to shop but will also be able to take part in activities such as children's carnival rides, games, raffles and live entertainment. Over 1,500 guests are expected to attend the fashion-frenzy, including designers, celebrities, editors, media and fashion-lovers and their families. You should come, too!! From Shoe Constructions to Office Constructions...

At the Farylrobin office we deal with a lot of constructions...shoe constructions that is. Last week however, we had some real construction going on in the office. We had walls extended and new walls put up for more storage space to keep our enormous amount of shoe samples in order. I took some photos for all of you to see.



Here are our handy builders on their lunch break. They did such a great job.

Kelly Rocks the Robin

I would like to introduce all of our readers to Kelly, our new summer intern. It was her first week and she is amazing. In honor of her joining the farylrobin nest, she is rockin' the Flip in rosso. She told me she loves the beach and ocean, so this is the perfect look for that summer getaway! Here's what she had to say.

The Flip shoes are perfect for the summer! They are adorable and cheery, plus I love the vibrant colors in these shoes in Rosso. I love the Flip paired with this sunny yellow Rachel Pally dress. This combination would keep any girl looking hot while staying cool all throughout the summer. Top this look off with a bracelet from Kenneth Jay Lane and a white bag from Rebecca Minkoff, and you are sure to be a hit anywhere from shopping to dinner on the town.

Rock the Angela for the Fourth of July!

Since the Fourth of July is next Wednesday, everyone here at the Farylrobin office thought it would be appropriate to show you a very festive red, white, and blue way to Rock the Robin! Of course, Lady Liberty is rockin' the Angela in Rosso. It is red patent with a mexican tea towel print covered wedge. They are fun and sexy! The splash halter dress is from Anthropologie. It definitely has the splash of white and blue. It is also very cool and comfortable on a hot and humid Fourth of July. Lady Liberty is holding the Louise metallic gun metal clutch from our friend Lauren Merkin. It adds a little sparkle to match those fireworks. Lauren Merkin recently had an incredible Five Year Aniversary Party where the girls at Farylrobin started the dance party off right. It was a fun night. Thank you Lauren! We loved the party and of course we love your handbags! Lastly, Lady Liberty is wearing red and gold dragonfly earrings from Charmed and Dangerous. They are a perfect way to complete the look and they are only 25 dollars. So now Lady Liberty can forget her boring robe and have a little fun for a change! She is definitely stylin'!
