At NYC Fashion Week, we were supposed to be there to check out the clothing designers' Spring 2010 collections, but we ended up being distracted by the shoes worn to the shows by the magazine editors and retail buyers. Looks like black is still the new black! The shoes we spotted were anything but boring. Studs, laces, and even a tie-tack made these ladies' basic blacks stand out.

most designs were interesting.. but I find it very interesting that shoes are all black when what's in stores is a lot of grey, some color *(purple mostly) and also prints.
I would love to see more metallics and putting color out there.
